Creative Partnership Program Rules I. Photoshop Artist Guidelines 1. Sign up and submit your original photoshop picture through eMax's Creative Partnership section (located in your account page). 2. Get entered to win $50 gift cards from your favorite stores and official eMax clothing attire Periodically, the artist who submitted the photoshop picture with the highest ratings will receive a $50 gift card at your favorite store. Previous winning pictures will not be considered for future prizes. Previous submitted pictures may be considered for future prizes for up to three months since the date it was added to the eMax photo gallery. 3. Share your art through other web sites so your friends can vote for your submissions on the eMax web site. 4. Any art that is deemed to be of poor quality or poor taste will be rejected. II. Intellectual Property Rights You do not have to sign any exclusive deals; your work is still your property. eMax reserves the right to retain control and usage of its trademarks and brand name. III. Disqualifications Any evidence or reasonable suspicion of false pretenses or fraud will immediately disqualify the artist from any form of compensation. IV. General The eMax Creative Partnership Program officially ends on March 31, 2008. eMax Corporation reserves the right to change the rules or terminate the Creative Partnership Program at anytime without prior notice. eMax is not responsible or liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, invalid, inaccurate, fraudulent, stolen, mutilated or illegible data, Contact Forms and/or technical difficulties of any sort. If in eMax's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, eMax reserves the right to terminate the Promotion and/or reject affected Contact Forms. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to, through fraudulent acts is unlawful and subject to legal action by eMax or its agents. This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of eMax, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Program. This Program is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
