1. What is eMax?

eMax is an online consumer community focused on organizing group buys to maximize members' purchasing power. Our proprietary technology empowers members to obtain compelling prices at popular national chain stores, restaurants, and services providers across the United States and Canada.


2. What does eMax mean?

The name of the website has dual meaning. First, it is derived from the Latin word emaxacis - def. "fond of buying." Second, it reflects eMax's mission to organize the vast amounts of commerce activity on the web and electronically maximize our individual purchasing power.


3. What does the eMax logo represent?

The eMax logo represents individuals =) coming together over the Internet for mutual co-operation and benefit. The primary colors red, green, and blue were selected because they can be combined to make any other color in the spectrum and thus representing everyone.

Clearly, we're all "fond of buying" when we are free to buy what we want at great prices! =)


4. How do friends help friends save?

eMax was founded on the basis that we all benefit when we work together. Individually, we have only a limited impact on the prices; however, collectively we can have a significant impact that benefits us all. Using the Internet, it's easy to imagine assembling a few hundred, a few thousand, or more to drive down prices. As our membership grows - so does our savings!

In the spirit of friends helping friends, eMax has set aside a limited number of shares through our Stock Grant Program for individuals to become co-owners of our company. Participants will have the opportunity to sell their shares for monetary gains when eMax issues its IPO (Initial Public Offering).


8. How much are my eMax shares worth?

eMax is currently a private company with plans to go public in the near future. When eMax becomes a public company, the market will decide what is the fair value of the share.

When eMax becomes a public company, share holders will be free to sell their shares through a stock exchange.
